Just a little note to say a big thank you for your excellent advice on the phone about S.A.D Light boxes.

Your common sense approach and down to earth advice about what type I actually needed was most welcome and I am thrilled with my Diamond 4 light box.

It was delivered by courier on Monday 6th November and after unpacking it was immediately put to work!

I now use it every morning for 20 minutes while I eat my breakfast and reflect on what I need to do that day and it is also used with sewing and embroidery sessions to give a wonderful clear white light.

Thank you again for your excellent advice and very prompt delivery and I do hope you received my exemption certificate equally promptly.

My box is proving to be worth its weight in gold.

Not sure if you remember us. We came into your shop a few weeks ago and bought a Bright Spark s.a.d lightbox to take home with us to the Netherlands. 

I wanted to let you know that I have been using it everyday and my depressive symptoms have gone away. I am feeling much lighter, energetic and overall happier than I did before. I am sure my husband can vouch for it aswell, as he no longer has a sad wife moping around the house!

I never realised that light could have such an impact on my mood, but I really do notice a difference since I have the lightbox on at my desk at home where I work. I work from home most days, and I sit behind the computer most of the time, so I have the box on continuous all day.

Thanks again for all your help, and I think I will be saving up to buy a smaller travel version as I do have to travel on occasions, or for those days that I come into the office.

Hi there,

I bought a Lumie Desk Lamp from you a couple of weeks ago and I cannot believe the difference it has made to me.

I never realised I suffered from S.A.D, until recently, I have suffered severe anxiety depression for several years and it was only when a relative pointed out that my depression never seemed to occur in the summer that the penny dropped. 

Since using the Lumie desk lamp I feel more energised during the day and am no longer craving sweet foods, I really am convinced that this is because of the s.a.d lamp and I whole heartedly recommend it to anyone suffering from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). Thank you very much, I now feel I can really look forward to Christmas this year - instead of dreading it and feeling awful. Also your customer service and staff are wonderful.

I would like to say a huge big thank you for your help and consideration and understanding which most of all when I was feeling so very low because of Seasonal Affective Disorder, when I spoke to you last week was of great help to me. 

Your advice to me to rent an Apollo s.a.d light box from yourselves has been great. The prompt delivery too which was hassle free and as you may know hassle is the last thing you need when you are feeling so bad was a relief.

I have started using the s.a.d light box with 1/2 an hour each day for the last past week and I have already started to feel 'more human' and able to cope in general has been a ray of sunshine in it's self.

I know it has only been a few days but for the first time in weeks of doom and gloom I have had the best day ever I feel light and refreshed and I am once again able to enjoy life itself with renewed enthusiasm. 

No one especially me thought that a lightbox could make that much difference, so thank you and well done for the excellent service.
