Using advanced technology the
Sleeptracker® Pro monitors your body when you are asleep. During sleep we go
through different cycles from deep sleep to almost awake moments. When we are
woken from a deep sleep it is more difficult to wake up completely and we often
feel groggy and want to sleep some more.
The Sleeptracker® Pro's accelerometer monitors movement during sleep. Once you
set its alarm window, it monitors your body and continuously looks for your
optimal waking times so it can wake you at just the right moment. Imagine not feeling
tired in the morning and getting a few extra minutes out of your day.

Why is it so hard to wake
up to a normal alarm clock? Because a normal alarm clock can't detect where you
are in your sleep cycle - a continuous cycle from deep sleep, to brief
almost-awake moments, and back to deep sleep again. Occasionally, your alarm
may catch you at an optimal, almost-awake moment and you wake up feeling
refreshed, but usually you grope for the snooze button waking up tired and
groggy.
Tracking Sleep Data
With the included
software you can upload your sleep data, input daily lifestyle factors, chart
and see what could be affecting your sleep (i.e late night jogs, tea, certain
foods or time you have dinner). This will then allow you to see which nights
you have the most restful sleep allowing you to help erradicate bad habits
which may be impacting your sleep quality.
